My duties where to plan out daily work schedules and that work was performed. Oversee jobsite and plan future fabrication jobs in order to keep the job schedule on time. to check all welds for quality performance. To maintain a work schedule to satisfy the customer in a safe and proper manner. To go out and solicit work contracts for the company.
