Manage the bank’s core computing system and wide area network. Provide hardware and software support for approximately 65 end-users at 7 branch offices. Oversee the development, testing, and updates of a contingency plan (Disaster Recovery Plan) to ensure proper operation of bank functions during a disaster. Manage the bank’s Item Processing department and statement rendering. Responsible for all bank telecommunications. Support bank management by providing assistance in developing various reports. Responsible for developing and maintaining IT Department bank policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
