Daily Duties at Ferring Pharmaceuticals:

Western Regional Director, Managed Care – July 2003 to April 2004: Created new revenue in the managed care marketplace through contractual and non-contractual relationships with HMOs, PPOs, PBMs, Medical Groups, Employer Coalitions and Retail Pharmacy Chains. Accountable for total revenue of $57MM.  Negotiated a multi-million dollar dual product agreement with Kaiser Permanente  Removed product restrictions with DOD/TRICARE/CHAMPUS Western Regional Director – May 2000 to July 2003: Trained and directed a top-performing team in the West. Conducted leadership team meetings for district managers. Accountable for budgets, strategy development and implementation. Created sales material and conducted all strategic planning meetings. Achieved managed care, pharmacy chain, and wholesale account formulary inclusion and contracting within the region with strict adherence to company designated ASP. Accountable for total revenue of $32MM.  Winner of Excellence Club 1999, 2000, 2002  Manager of the Year 2001  #1 region in Repronex market share growth for 2001 (14 point gain)  #1 region for clinical trial program targeting & effectiveness for increased Rx generation  Zero regional employee turnover during 2001  Created $2MM in new Repronex business from a single depot pharmacy contract: 2001 & 2002  Exceeded $4MM pre-stocking goal of Bravelle by 10% for May 2002 product launch Region Director – Corporate Accounts - May 1997 to May 2000: Created and developed new revenue programs at wholesale, retail chain, and managed care accounts. Partnered with key customers and achieved contracts, reimbursement, and/or product formulary status with the following organizations: Kaiser Permanente, WellPoint, Rx Solutions, Health Net Pharmaceutical Services, McKesson, AmerisourceBergen, Novation, Precision Rx, Group Health, MedImpact  Developed innovative DTC business model for consumer-directed business expansion  Established new contract review process which streamlined evaluation timelines
