Daily Duties at Analyst International, Inc.:
Developed and implemented business descriptions for company webpage by location disaster recovery reciprocal and LPAR. Monitoring 12 LPARs across the country with associated Silo’s and VPS print subsystems. Hands on experience with MVS, UNIX, JES2, JCL, CA7, DB2, CA1. Working knowledge of problem tracking tools for batch (Omegamon) and CICS (Omegaview) and ManageX, Netview6000 and VTAM for network. Responsibilities include monitoring the 355 CICS regions (Files, Links & Modes), 5 separate NDM subsystems and 27 Silo’s, local and remote servers, storage devices,and data connections; monitoring batch processing using OPC/E(TWS) scheduling subsystem, problem and change tracking using One-Infoman. Assisted with the implementation with the new acquisition of the Chevron, Texaco,Conoco, Shell, Citgo and Amoco batch data processing.• Heavy phone support and user /vendor contact liaison. Assist and coordinate in the implementation of new releases. Primary responsibility is to insure bank card postings are completed within service level agreements, and monitor the network and maintain continuity of business.
