Daily Duties at Press Ganey & Associates:
Recruited to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Customer (Acute) Service Team. Managed all aspects of the team including supervision, coaching and mentoring,regular meetings for Account Managers. Acted as point person for training, resources andproblem solving. Actively involved in service recovery issues with clients (hospitals) and participated in onsite user education visits including C-suite. Advised Account Managers on individual plansfor maintaining client relationships
