Provided leadership and training to new account executives and facilitated creative sales strategies. Created and nurtured a well-balanced, diverse, and focused team through motivation and establishment of effective sales process as the foundation for business success. Worked closely with supervisor to obtain approval from city councils and area economic leaders for telecom build outs in their communities to enhance services for residents and businesses.
