Daily Duties at Bank Of New York Mellon:
Manage and oversee the work of 5 insurance accounting employees. Work on converting new accounts to the Eagle Star accounting platform. Answer questions regarding accounting practices and Eagle Star use. Directly communicate with multiple clients regarding questions and issues with our systems, submit inquiries to Eagle and Mellon regarding system performance and work with custody to resolve discrepancies between Eagle and custody accounting systems. Track employee vacations and absences, track system performance and client facing issues. Develop new Star reports for the client and build profiles off of existing Eagle Star reports.
