Daily Duties at Wittern Group:

I recruited vendors from all over the country to become a distributors for the Perfect Break System. I arranged their flights, room, meals, and the training sessions, that were held in Des Moines. I would sign up all candidates that were interested and then go vist them in their home cities and field train them. After completing their training, a follow up each week to see how they were progressing. At the end of each month I made phone calls to each distributor to evaluate progress, forecast sales for the next month and assist in any situation that occurs.
