As Senior Account Manager, I fueled multi-million dollar business to business revenue stream through new account development, maximizing enterprise opportunities for complete line of electronic commerce, encryption, infrastructure and CRM software solutions. Solution mix included procurement, sell side, I-billing/IBPP and e-trading systems. Oversaw account team, including complete sales cycle management from lead generation to closing while maintaining direct key account role. Solution team consisted of sales, professional services, support services, specialists, evangelist and key internal executive resources. Drove channel and outsource solution sales and direct enterprise (Fortune 2000) software licensing. Selected Achievements: • Captured $500K+ in additional revenues through the implementation of consulting service offerings. • Recommended and implemented key business solutions to senior management and internal IT executives. • Surpassed sales projections by 101%, reaping $1.72M in revenues and garnering recognition as the #2 representative in the region and one of the top 5% in the country.
