Spearheaded business development activities at Northeast Utilities (NU) and provided NU with technical expertise in maintenance program development. Analyzed the effectiveness of existing programs and processes at NU Millstone 1, 2, and 3 and Connecticut Yankee Stations to satisfy the technical requirements of a federal regulation for evaluating maintenance effectiveness. Provided technical leadership for maintenance program improvements and addressed regulatory requirements. Served as a lead technical liaison, working with all utility departments to assess the impact of changes and facilitate implementation.
