Daily Duties at Potomac West Construction:
Manages company operations, including finance (P&L, AP, AR), project design/management, customer service, and subcontractor/supplier price negotiations. Conducts customer needs assessments. Prepares project cost estimates and proposals in support of sales and marketing. Coordinates details of 20-30 projects with ten crews at any given time, ranging in value from $15K to $150K. Obtains government site and building permits. Administers employee benefits.
