Daily Duties at O.V.Turner Construction, Dba:
This was my Mother and my Fathers company. We also owned and ran three different farms. This company self performed the majority of its own work thru out the divisions. We built Gas Stations, Restaurants, Nursing Homes, Custom Homes and apartment complexes. Due to my fathers health we got out of the business while we were successful. At that point I went into the service on active duty. Being a part of this company gave me the advantage of being able to negotiate and contract successfully in my career. Once I spent several tenures as a superintendent I knew that I needed to put my skills to work in being able to negotiate and contract far above what other project managers had been suppling me with from other companies. From that point on the people that I have worked for would benefit. Nothing takes the place of experience.
