Daily Duties at Deerfield Construction Co:

Worked with a structured estimating dept. This was in a mostly plans and specifications hard bid market and design build market.The majority of my time was deligated to negotiating and contracting subcontractors and securing materials. I was responsible for projects in the range of one to two million dollars from start to finish. I managed the superintendents and maintained a well connected and engaged team for draw, change order, closeout and warranty portion of the projects. Please review my resume for more info. I left this company after two successful tenures. I chose to go to another company in order to grow. Unfortunately some of the tried and true staff moved on to other opportunities. The company sigificantly changed.
