Also devised fulfillment procedures and supervised clerical staff to process 300,000 outgoing mailings annually. • Researched and applied highest customer service methods that would return value to Company through continuous product and direct marketing program improvements; within one year, new product introductions originating from ideas submitted by Consumer Affairs group generated $10M in sales. Devised $3M cost reduction in direct marketing programs. Directed outbound business-to-business (physician) telemarketing program that generated $6M in new product sales in one year.
