Daily Duties at Stresscon Corp.:

Responsible for the coordination of job contracts specific to company products. Scheduling said products to meet production and erection timelines. Reading structural and architectural contract drawings and converting those drawings into, shop specific, production drawings. Insuring quality control guidelines are met through company standards and engineering calculations. Establishing focal points for communication and quality control between general contractors, owners, field operations and corporate. Establishing and promoting a positive image of the company through public relations. • 10 years of Autocad experience that revolved around commercial building elements. • Directly involved in coordination of jobs, such as Invesco Field, TJ Maxx and Super Target. Jobs that showed a 12% to 15% profit. • Coordinated over 200 jobs in my career with Stresscon, 14 of which were Super Targets. • Trained new coordinators in the requirements of our section, allowing project managers more time for bidding jobs. • Eliminated job tensions and production errors by learning enough Spanish to communicate with yard operations.
