• One of three Principals who successfully managed self-funded development-stage company in emerging IP Storage Industry from garage start-up through merge with publicly traded SBE, Inc. • Developed and managed initial sales & marketing program to license iSCSI software to OEM customers • Negotiated and signed OEM licensing deals with LSI Logic, Pelco, ONStor, Database Appliances • Negotiated and signed manufacturer’s representative agreements with multiple top tier representative firms • Negotiated and signed licensing agreements with several OEM manufacturers • Implemented iSCSI sales & marketing training programs for OEM customers and manufacturer representatives • Published articles in various trade journals & websites about the emerging iSCSI technology
