Manage accounts averaging 20,000 a week in sales. Penetrate accounts through product presentation and assisting customers in becoming more profitable. This is done through analysis of their menu and marketing strategies. I really love this company! unfortunatly, some drastic changes in the compensation package have been adjusted in a way that make the last 2 years of work to grow my existing business to reach bonus and increase my earnings has been eliminated. I am now taking a look at my value in the market place, but really do not want to leave this company unless I have too.
