Daily Duties at Alcatel Lucent Technologies:
In charge of all the accounting activities of this multinational company such Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition,Payroll and General Ledger for all the Caribbean including "Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and other Caribbean islands. • Directed preparation of budgets and all financial reports needed by senior management and regulatory agencies including SOX compliance. • Analyzed financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements. • Responsible for the preparation of all Monthly and Quarterly reporting package for all my countries, including Monthly or Quarterly in country reviews. • Responsible for the review and approval of all proposal before the sales division sent this to the customer. • Knowledge of SAP, SAP BO,EzBuy, QTC and Oracle Systems. • Direct and managed staff of nine full-time employees
