Daily Duties at Allume Systems, Inc (Formerly Aladdin Systems):
Challenged with assisting a Mac-oriented software corporation in expanding their product offering into the Windows marketplace. Responsible for product management teams and all products released by the company on all software platforms, including technology licensing, acquisitions, and industry reputation. Additional responsibilities included assisting in creating/extending branding of products, lines, and divisions and providing marketing direction for all products. Served as PR and public spokesperson. Supervised Technical Support departments as well as three Product Managers. * Provided immediate recognition and visibility for the Company's new Windows products with press and industry publications. * Collaborated in creating, revising, and implementing product and strategic roadmaps and plans to grow company. * Released new versions of Windows and Mac-based products. * Sourced and acquired patentable technology that was forecasted to accrue $5M over three years, which played a key role in the company being acquired.
