Daily Duties at Dell:
Provide Enterprise-level technical support to Storage administrators. Specializing in Dell Powervault Tape Libraries, certified to troubleshoot and provide service to the all Powervault Tape Drives and Libraries. I have been trained to troubleshoot fabrics utilizing Brocade and Qlogic Switches. The Backup Software that I am familiar with and at an intermediate level is 1)CommVault Galaxy and CommVault Enterprise 5.9, 6.1, 7.0, and 7.1. 2)Veritas Backup Exec 9.1, 10.0, Symantec 10d, 11D, 12 and 12.5 Basic understanding of Symantec NetBackup, Computer Associates ArcServ 11.5, and EMC/ Legato NetWorker
