Daily Duties at Dell:
Coordinate with all aspects of Dell Business infrastructure to provide a Single Point of Escalation and act as the Customer Advocate in an Enterprise-level case history. Work with Account Teams, Engineering, Technical Support Analysts, Management, Logistics, Partner escalation groups to get the best resolution for the customer as expeditiously as possible. A TAM closely monitors the individual cases to provide support for the customer, to open doors for Analysts, to provide a “Face to Dell” to ensure that the customer is taken care of completely to ensure that their experience with Dell Support is a very satisfying experience.
