 Developed and implemented an ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Management System, gaining accreditation to aerospace requirements and providing increased opportunities for bid to these specialized products by 100%.  Direct reports included the Quality Manager and quality inspection unit.  Trained and delegated in process inspection for qualified manufacturing personnel reducing product handling and redundant inspection with a 30% decrease in product cycle time.  Increased computer aided inspection utilizing customer digital data reducing inspection log jams by 80%. Product Quality improved thru usage of statistical process control and CPK measures were improved to 1.33 or better.
