Daily Duties at Pace Financial:
Analyzed, designed, coded and implemented many different aspects of a Medical Practice Management Software including, AP, AR, Month End Processing, Billing Statements, Patient Scheduling, Insurance Billing, Lab and Medication Billing and Patient Records. Spearheaded team to develop and create disaster recovery procedures for Pace Financial Inc. This included a total analysis of the company and designing procedures for 3 other sites around the US. Was team lead for the creation of disaster recovery plans for Pace Financial Clients. Was responsible for New Releases and Implementation of Pace Financial Medical Software and IBM Operating System Software. Duties included understanding all aspects of upgrades and installs. Successfully completed upgrades and installs over a 4-year period, which included weekend and holiday implementations. Also was responsible for the training of fellow colleges and clients in the implementation of the Software Releases. Maintained and made changes, enhancements, modifications to multiple custom programs, trigger programs, database massage programs and database download programs for a client base of 300 + clinics.
