Daily Duties at Born Information:
Responsibility for 20 plus technical and application consultants on a full time basis. Duties included performing all aspects of review process every 6 months for consultants, including annual salary increases and bonus structures. Created initiative and actions plans for consultants to reach higher levels of work performance, work ethic, thus bringing added value to Born, their clients, as well as the consultants careers. Responsible for developing career/personal development plans and assisting consultants in all aspects of carrying out these plans successfully. Worked with senior management to decrease spending and improve utilization within business unit. Was also responsible for the hiring and dismissal of employee’s on my staff.
