Daily Duties at Safe Credit Union:
Managed group of 7 call center representatives to increase productivity and optimize interactions with clients.Responsible for guiding sales and coaching reps on sales techniques. Directed call center team to provide superior member services. Assisted members by providing accurate and detailed account information and correcting issues as necessary. Set schedules for reps on a weekly basis. Met with business partners to cross train a staff with limited experience in a call center environment, particularly in a CU or Bank. Monitored abandonment rate and schedule adherence of the team
