Daily Duties at Sarcom:
Primary role: to build, test and generate engine models for aircraft customers using Fortran, C and GE’s proprietary NPSS software. Learned GE’s Support Central system and became Co-Facilitator for the GE NPSS community. Learned and utilized Support Central’s workflow technology to digitize several processes, eliminating customer complaints
