Daily Duties at Pitco Frialator:
Designed and implemented a manufacturing cell to produce new high growth fryer system.. This included sourcing all the equipment, determining the layout and processes needed to make the product. Once established I led the associates in achieving daily operational goals. Managed the operations of the final assembly and sub-assembly operations to meet performance goals Led the specification and implementation of a manufacturing resource planning software system Determined the best ways to manufacture a new product line. Specified the processes, tooling and materials to complete manufacturing. Worked with the product engineering to redesign the fryer system to improve assembly methods and cost to manufacture.
