Daily Duties at The Timberland Company:
Guided both sourced and Timberland footwear factories in efforts to improve productivity and other performance measurements including work in process levels, methods, facility layouts and material flows. Designed and implemented the process to sell and deliver custom made boots. This included working with multiple functions to determine the methods to order, specify, manufacture, and deliver boots to customers in a minimum lead time
