Daily Duties at West Marine:
As the Assistant Manager, responsible for the overall operation, administration and management of five employees while maintaining valuable customer service. Additional duties for this position included the following: overall control of daily and weekly cash deposits, inventory control, weekly and monthly audits and ensuring cash and deposits balanced. Also performed as the screening process coordinator, provided training and development for new employees and scheduled and hired employees.
