Daily Duties at Hasings Entertainment:
As the Assistant Store Manager, responsible for five departments (electronics, books, video, inventory control and front office) and performed the duties of Guest Service Manager and Screening Process Manager. Additionally, responsible for maintaining daily cash flow reports, daily balancing of cash and expense, ensure weekly reports completed, maintaining weekly ad promo’s, addressed customer complaints, coordinating monthly reviews, document control and maintaining security control. Helped setup store openings and performed the following supervision duties: all scheduling and hiring of staff, monthly evaluations and the training/developing of new staff. Worked with local community development programs and helped to develop new ideas and program to increase sales.
