Responsible for helping develop and setup new operations at an expanding company location and hiring of staff (30 employees, two managers, two quality control personnel) as well as implementing time study analysis for improvements on current processes and building prototype for General Motors. Additionally, developed paperless document control system, developed control documentation to meet the needs of General Motors, improved on assembly line efficiencies, performed internal and external audits on suppliers and internal operations, involved in helping coordinate international partnerships and the setup and implementation of all new tooling. Served on the Safety Committee Board.
