• Managed VW, Audi & Porsche Corporate Identity Programs in U.S. & Canadian Dealerships. • Designed and negotiated project process and materials. • Developed contracts, pricing structures, installation standards, & a maintenance & customer service program. • Conducted training, executive planning & status meetings, and issued billing statements. • Coordinated logistics of importing signs from Europe & South America. • Managed international vendors in conducting surveys, reporting, prototype design/build, & filling custom orders. • Provided on-call customer service to client's field personnel, dealers, architects, & vendors. • Interviewed other perspective team members. • Designed & wrote relational database tracking program, with corresponding reports in MS Access. • Coordinated the conversion of all of business tracking systems into a web-based system. • Became Business Analyst to translate core business needs into management control software writing requirements documentation, beta testing/troubleshooting & keeping the project within budget parameters.
