At Conseco, I managed assignment leads and generate reports for month end results on orphan policy holders. Our team created a working knowledge of competitors' annuity products and effectively sold against them. This was a phone based sales position, but I was able to create trust and rapport with existing policyholders through proper client expectations (and being able to meet or exceed), communication and education
