Spearhead global Microsoft Office architecture development across 5,000 users, leading teams of 7+. Establish strategic technology vision and manage multi-million dollar budgets, identifying critical business requirements. Initiate focused project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and conducting cost-benefit analysis. Originate application integration testing programs. Grow organizational technical skills through IT training initiatives. Built critical vendor relationships, which included Symantec, Adobe, and Microsoft. Proven IT Leadership: • Developed and managed global architecture for a $1.7M Office 2007 upgrade, integrating proofing tools and programs across 30+ languages for 186 countries including Paris, Moscow, and Tokyo offices. • Elevated IMF productivity, and communications via Microsoft Office Systems 2007 including SharePoint, Office Communications Server, Exchange, and Office. • Transformed global IT systems across 70+ locations, directing Microsoft, Adobe, and Symantec application integration and overall technology upgrades. • Collaborated with Microsoft to streamline internal worldwide communication and coordination for IMF’s partnerships with World Bank and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Key Program Accomplishments: • Earned Microsoft Office 2007 TAP (Technical Assistance Program) Award for development contributions; leader of 2010 alpha, and beta testing team. • Provided needs analysis to Microsoft developers, testing requested federated search feature utilizing the SharePoint server for Windows 7, and Office 2010. • Lifted global productivity, streamlining IMF processes for increased communication with World Bank, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and central banks. • Participated in beta integration testing for Microsoft Office 2000, XP, 2003, Desktop Search, Vista, and Windows 7. • Strengthened system capabilities through regular system upgrades including Office 97/2000/XP/ 2003/2007, and Adobe Acrobat Versions 3 – 9. • Consistently upgraded software and systems, migrating Word Perfect to MS Word, as well as, Netscape to Internet Explorer, and DOS to Windows 3.11/95/98/XP/Vista.
