Daily Duties at Raytheon :

Provide change-agent and financial leadership across the corporate organization. Lead cross-functional teams in execution of major company initiatives and new business development projects by relating business financials to projects and business strategies. Lead improvements across multiple sites in the United States. Number of team members varied from 10 to 23 members with all functions in the organization represented on the teams. Enabling business to meeting aggressive financial targets over $500M in revenue in a complex, shrinking Government budget environment. Coached team members in various work situations to help them reach their potential. Mentored employees to help them reach the next level in their career progression Sought out by all levels for the organization to help solve complex financial and business problems. Counseled all level of the organization on how to reach goals; coach/mentor employees; and develop best practices for their organizations. Daily interface with senior management helping to solve the financial and complex business problems focused on achieving the aggressive financial targets over $500M in Sales. Worked with Business Development to develop new markets and growth areas over $150M
