I was responsible for motivating a sales team to exceed monthly personal and team goals. I drove volume by closely managing the daily activities of each Account Executive to ensure short and long-term success. I worked closely with Operations Management to maintain quality and prevent losses while exceeding monthly sales goals and maintaining profitability. I recruited, hired and trained new Account Executives while continuing to help develop the skill sets of existing successful Account Executives.
