Daily Duties at Us Consumer Solutions:
I am responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing all of the sales executives. I provide call coaching and training in order to help the sales executives achieve their personal and professional goals. I have been instrumental in growing the sales force from 40 sales executives to 100 while nearly doubling the average weekly production per sales executive.
