Responsibilities: Identifying and deriving business requirements with an emphasis on increasing efficiency and cost reduction(have saved over $1.5M over a period of 3 years), providing definite measurable ROI, resource and infrastructure planning and allocation, managing and delivering projects, vendor and product evaluation, identifying and implementing training requirements. • Designed and implemented enterprise level Data Warehouse, collaborated with CFO, controller and sales and marketing VP and have implemented financial dashboard & financial analytics to evaluate sales and service performance with respect to actual, forecast and budget. Data mining, data warehouse and OLAP provided key performance indicators, rankings, profitability matrix and alerts. • Implemented system by partnering with marketing VP to identify trade fair and sales promotion value by linking lead, opportunity to a definite dollar amount and projecting the requirements • Implementing Oracle Apps project with emphasis on technical management. Redefining the financial dashboard and financial analytics with Oracle Apps account receivables, accounts payable, general ledger and quote to cash as the main source. Technologies involve PL/SQL Packages, Linux, COGNOS, Oracle eBusiness & informatica. Hands on project management, data warehouse, data architecture and data modeling, query optimization and tuning, ETL(Informatica, & Decision Stream) ,Oracle, PL/SQL, COGNOS, analysis, requirement and program specification.
