Daily Duties at Nextel Communications:
PC/LAN TECHNICIAN II Responsibilities included: Planning, managing and executing administration, setup and maintenance of 4.x Novell NetWare Servers in a WIN95/NT environment including account setup, hardware and software maintenance and trouble-shooting. Upgrading and correcting system errors to maintain peak performance after implementation. Handle research and documentation of existing systems for troubleshooting reference. Day to day setup, maintenance and trouble shooting of PCs and peripherals for Western Region office upgrading and maintaining hardware and software as needed on-site.
