Daily Duties at Inter Tel:

PROJECT/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Responsibilities included: Spearheading project for product development and integration with proprietary “InterPrise” IP-Telephony equipment in conjunction with Data Networks. Utilizing PC/LAN Network Administration background/strengths and extensive hands-on experience with high-tech deployment scenarios to implement planning, setup and deployment in an Enterprise environment including NT Server, SQL Server 7.0, IIS Server 4.0 and Win98/Win95/WinNT client desktop systems, as well as Win2000 Server testing with proprietary software. Reviewing computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. Perform methodology studies as needed. Study existing information-processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required. Upgrade systems and corrects errors to maintain systems after implementation.
