Daily Duties at Olympus Ndt Inc.:
Duties: 1. Designs of Spot Weld transducer products. 2. Design broadband composite transducers. 3. Developed Distance-Gain Sizing technique for Phased Array Instruments. 4. Responsible for material’s acoustic property characterization (metal, plastic and piezo-electric ceramics). 5. Analyze transducer defects and interfacing with measurement instruments. 6. Provided customer technical supports. 7. Researched immerging techniques for Non-Destructive Testing applications. Hands-on experiences with handheld Flaw Detector, Thickness gage and Phased Array instruments. Hands-on experiences with Pulser-Receiver, function generator, oscilloscope and amplifier etc. Training: Complete SolidWorks Essential training held by CADD edge Inc.
