For 2 1/2 years worked in production making, coating and inspecting tablets for customer satisfaction As of October 2008 I train over 275 employees to be certified in their job positions Establish curriculums for 19 job positions Establish 19 job descriptions Establish Training Development Forms for each job competency (approx. 40) Establish checklists for each job competency (approx. 40) Work with over 30 management employyes Develop and implement entire Training program Manage all employees in Packaging/Shipping and Receiving
