Daily Duties at Moab Family Practice:
Daily management of family practice/urgent care clinic while continuing with Home Health Office Manager responsibilities for Allen Memorial. Direct supervision of office and clinical staff. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, certifications, contracts, and pertinent regulations. All aspects of financial management including payroll, accounts payable, receivables, budgeting, purchasing, and effectively analyzing data resulting in appropriate fiscal and operational objectives. Patient relations including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, preauthorization’s, insurance billing, self pays, coding, referrals, and resolving patient problems to satisfaction. Medical transcription and maintaining medical records.
