Daily Duties at Deloitte & Touche:

Direct efforts of 30-member administrative team serving executives, senior managers, and high-profile clientele, allocating associates according to individual skill set. Coordinate daily Administrative Assistant responsibilities and advise associates regarding techniques for realizing desired productivity levels. Conduct periodic evaluations to determine effectiveness of administrative team and devise strategies for enhancing individual contributions. Interview candidates for vacant positions and oversee orientation and training schedule for new assistants as well as ongoing training for every administrator. Organize various special projects, delegating tasks according to availability and skill level of administrative employees. Evaluate projected staffing resources and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Track administrative support issues for timely resolution.
