Oversee all operations for the company from sales and purchasing to inventory and financial management with a focus on external sales. Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels within the company. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach associates. Maximize return on investment, profit and loss, daily operation, planning and development, and implementation of marketing plans for both short and long term sales growth. Coordinate the receipt of city ordinances and permits. Continually manage 15 men on 5 simultaneous jobs.
