Primary function was to collaborate with Project Teams in support of new service offerings, risk mitigation, function migration and expense reductions to meet efficiency targets. • Assisted with the management oversight of annual ACH transaction volume exceeding $1 trillion • Developed and implemented streamlined support processes resulting in 10% workforce reduction culminating in a $180K cost benefit • Participated in 5 major acquisitions resulting in increased volume supported by existing workforce • Successfully migrated key backoffice functions from California to Texas to include setting up new work groups, hiring and staff placement, development and rollout resulting in a $1.4 Million dollar reduction in annual expenses • Relocated 35% of key work force from California to San Antonio, TX in 2006 which contributed to the stabilization of critical functions by retaining experienced staff • Facilitated management oversight and was a key contributor when bank became ACH Originator supporting Commercial Bank and Treasury Management product offerings. Origination portfolio consisted of 390K in annual transaction volume @ $756 Billion • Management oversight in the development of internal backoffice retail support procedures to include, Check and ACH Exceptions Processing, ACH Origination File Verification, ACH Claims Processing, Return Deposited Items, Large Return Item Notification, Risk Mitigation, General Ledger Reconciliation, Research, Bank by Mail, Decedent and Vesting, Performance Tracking, etc. • Implemented a productivity measurement program improving employee output by 10% • Invoked business recovery plans on several occasions as alternate operations processing site to include most notably, Hurricane Katrina
