Primary role included management of 14 non exempt staff within retail backoffice administrative areas. Served as the bank’s liaison to external and internal entities representing ACH to ensure operational and regulatory compliance guidelines were followed. • Managed a $14 Million dollar Operation, controlling expenses within 5% of target • Reduced customer claim processing from 7 days to 3 days • Collaborated with cross division teams to support systems integration in support of Retail and Commercial Banking processes • Supported development of business continuity/disaster recovery plans for critical backoffice support functions • Regulatory experience and knowledge of NACHA, Regulation E, SOX, BASEL and GLBA • Integrated complex regulations with operational tasks to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and solid execution
