Custom-designed such solutions as: Symposium Call Center Server and Software, Genesis Call Center Software, Siebel CRM Software, Periphonics Hardware and Software, Comverse, Meridian Administration Tool Hardware and Software, Switchview Hardware and Software, Spectralink Wireless Hardware and Software, Cisco Avvid, ADTRAN, ATM, FRAME Relay, SONET, and DS1-DS3 as per customers’ requirements. Negotiated 3- to 5-year business account plans.
