Group Lead - Trained personnel, responsible for scheduling, coordinated with craft supervision to determine need and assign personnel to meet quality requirements. Responsible for maintaining weld rod ovens at required temperatures to insure weld integrity. Responsible for maintaining control of tools and parts to prevent entry into plant systems.
