maintain production blending,bottling,and packaging machinery in a juice plant.Design and install PLC,HMI wiring systems and controls for new and existing equipment.Troubleshoot and repair air compresors,pumps,cooling towers,chillers,boilers,loss of weight controls,commercial sterilization,fillers,servo-controlled packaging equipment,industrial communications networks,preform confined space entries,calibrate level,pH,conductivity,and thermal controls,troubleshoot and repair UPS systems,motor controls,conveyors,palletizers,refridgeration,air operated sanitary valves,program Wonderware Intouch,control net,device net,PLC5's,SLC's,and custom proprietary systems.Participate in planning and development of new systems and the entire comissioning,veification and validation process.
